How long does grooming take?
The duration of a grooming appointment depends on your dog’s size, breed, coat condition, and temperament. Dogs with matted fur may require additional time and care, which can also affect the overall cost of the groom.
Is there a fee for being late or cancelling an appointment?
To help us accommodate all clients fairly, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the grooming cost.
How often should my dog be groomed?
We generally recommend scheduling a professional grooming appointment every 4–8 weeks
